Your Role
As a Packing Executive, you will be responsible for weighing and packaging hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals with precision while ensuring safety compliance and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the planning team to prepare daily PO plans 1–2 days in advance.
Hand over lists for staging and other packaging activities.
Weigh hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals using precision equipment into specified containers.
Verify safety hood and equipment function before operations.
Ensure balances are calibrated and maintain proper records.
Match weigh-up materials with bulk container lot numbers.
Select the correct type and quantity of containers for packaging.
Follow packaging instructions and obtain weight checks.
Who You Are
Education:
Any Graduation degree.
Experience:
6 months – 2 years in packaging, preferably from pharma or biochemistry background.
Skills & Knowledge:
Awareness of chemical hazards, PPE requirements, and safe handling/disposal methods.
Basic math skills, including metric system.
Experience with semi-automated equipment.
Strong eye-hand coordination and dexterity with small/large tools.
