🎯 Role Overview:

Coordinate daily packing activities, accurately weigh chemicals using precision equipment, and ensure safety and compliance throughout the process.


🛠 Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the planning team to prepare the day’s Purchase Orders (POs) 1-2 days in advance.

  • Hand over lists for staging and other packing activities.

  • Accurately weigh hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals using precision instruments into designated containers.

  • Verify the functionality of hoods and safety equipment.

  • Ensure electronic balances are calibrated and maintain all necessary records.

  • Verify the match between weigh-up and bulk container lot numbers.

  • Obtain the correct type and quantity of containers for weigh-ups.

  • Perform weight checks and adhere to packaging instructions.


👤 Who You Are:

🎓 Education:

  • Any Graduation Degree

📅 Experience:

  • 6 months to 2 years in packaging, preferably in pharma or biochemistry

🧰 Skills and Knowledge:

  • Awareness of chemical hazards, PPE requirements, and safe handling/disposal methods

  • Basic math skills including the metric system

  • Experience handling semi-automated equipment

  • Good eye-hand coordination and tool dexterity
