Your Role

As an Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient batch production operations while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Batch Operations: Execute batch production as per the Master Production Record (MPR) using PLC/SCADA systems.

  • Data Management: Record critical process data (ingredients, weights, temperatures) into databases accurately and in compliance with regulations.

  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve equipment and process-related issues promptly.

  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety and quality standards; report accidents or violations immediately.

  • Process Improvement: Support initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure production goals are met.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, climb, crouch, and operate tools while using proper PPE.


Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry, or Diploma/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.

  • Experience: 3–7 years in a similar operational role.

  • Technical: Proficiency with PLC/SCADA systems.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with production safety and quality standards.

  • Data Accuracy: Skilled at precise recording and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Documentation skills in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective team player with excellent communication skills.

  • Prior experience in process improvement initiatives.
