Role Overview
The Associate – Vaccines will support strategic business development initiatives by conducting market research, feasibility studies, and competitive analysis. The role provides critical insights to senior management to guide operational and strategic decision-making for new markets, products, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct detailed market research and feasibility studies to evaluate the viability of new business opportunities.
Collect, compile, and analyze financial, competitive, sales, and marketing data on potential business partners, products, services, and emerging markets.
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to support strategic growth initiatives.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and information packages for internal meetings and external negotiations.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, well-structured, and suitable for stakeholder decision-making and client presentations.
Provide actionable insights to senior management to support business expansion and partnership strategies.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and validate information for decision-making.
Support meetings, negotiations, and communications with potential clients and business partners.
Candidate Profile
Education:
Associate’s degree (approximately 13 years of formal education) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in market research, business development, or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in vaccines or healthcare products.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations for senior management.
Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
