Role Overview

The Associate – Vaccines will support strategic business development initiatives by conducting market research, feasibility studies, and competitive analysis. The role provides critical insights to senior management to guide operational and strategic decision-making for new markets, products, and partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct detailed market research and feasibility studies to evaluate the viability of new business opportunities.

  • Collect, compile, and analyze financial, competitive, sales, and marketing data on potential business partners, products, services, and emerging markets.

  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to support strategic growth initiatives.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and information packages for internal meetings and external negotiations.

  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, well-structured, and suitable for stakeholder decision-making and client presentations.

  • Provide actionable insights to senior management to support business expansion and partnership strategies.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and validate information for decision-making.

  • Support meetings, negotiations, and communications with potential clients and business partners.


Candidate Profile

Education:

  • Associate’s degree (approximately 13 years of formal education) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in market research, business development, or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in vaccines or healthcare products.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations for senior management.

  • Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
