Role Overview
As an Associate Manager – Business Solutions & Presales, you will act as a frontline client partner driving business growth in assigned accounts or identifying new account opportunities. The role requires strong expertise in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce or Dynamics) and experience in life sciences enterprise solutions. You will partner with global clients, understand their requirements, and define strategic cloud-based solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

This position involves close collaboration with sales, delivery, strategy, marketing, program management, and technology teams to craft differentiated solutions for clients while ensuring alignment with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own business growth in assigned accounts and new accounts, building a strong pipeline of opportunities.

  • Craft and deliver innovative solutions across Medical Affairs, including Medical Information, Scientific Communications, Publications, Launch Strategy, MLR/PMR, and other business solutions.

  • Build Points of View (PoVs) and go-to-market collateral tailored to client challenges and global market dynamics.

  • Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership to shape opportunities from inception to execution.

  • Translate client requirements into clear solution narratives, pricing models, and delivery frameworks.

  • Present and defend solutions to global pharma and biotech clients.

  • Align internal stakeholders to ensure solutions are credible, feasible, and deliverable.

  • Contribute to demand generation through thought leadership, vision decks, and strategic content.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of life sciences enterprise SaaS CRM ecosystem and cloud solutioning.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.

  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in business development, account management, client services, or presales within life sciences, healthcare, or technology sectors.

  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales, SaaS CRM solutions, or cloud-based business platforms.

  • Experience building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers and influencers in life sciences companies.

  • Strong knowledge of global life sciences market trends, regulations, and HCP priorities.
