Job Summary:

As a Territory Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive the sales strategy and achieve business goals in your designated region. You will be responsible for executing the product management team's strategies, gathering customer feedback, providing insights for new product development, and establishing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs). Additionally, you will organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) events and manage brand image initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion & Strategy Execution:

    • Promote new products and execute the marketing strategies developed by the Product Management Team.

    • Analyze market trends and consult with doctors on new product potential.

    • Gather feedback and relay key insights to the Product Management Team to enhance product development and strategy.

    • Identify KOLs, monitor product availability, and implement strategies for successful product launches.

  • Sales Monitoring & Management:

    • Regularly visit stockists, pharmacies, and healthcare providers to monitor sales performance.

    • Achieve doctor and product-specific sales targets and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    • Participate in monthly review meetings to assess sales coverage, expense management, and overall progress.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals, responding to inquiries using Infoginip.

    • Classify customers based on potential and determine meeting frequency to ensure maximum ROI.

    • Foster a loyal customer base through continuous engagement and follow-up.

  • CME Events & Education:

    • Meet with KOLs and Key Business Leaders (KELs) to coordinate and pursue CME events.

    • Collect areas of interest from key customers and hospitals to organize CMEs on relevant topics.

    • Ensure the successful execution of CME events to bolster the company's brand presence.

  • Data Management & Reporting:

    • Prepare a product matrix tailored to doctors' preferences and needs.

    • Update data on chemists, doctors, and retail chemist prescription audits (RCPA) using Unnati portal for accurate tracking and information sharing.


Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate with a science background (e.g., B.Sc. in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
