Position: Lead Consultant Sales Manager

As a Lead Consultant Sales Manager, you will drive professional services sales, manage high-value client relationships, and lead business growth strategies for Clarivate’s regulatory and clinical consulting services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement professional services sales strategies, focusing on customer retention and new business growth.

  • Manage diverse, high-value deals and negotiate complex professional service contracts.

  • Build and sustain a strong network of customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

  • Identify and lead new business opportunities and market expansion to drive long-term revenue growth.

  • Analyze sales metrics, trends, and KPIs, providing insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Represent Clarivate at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand visibility.

  • Conduct business reviews and deliver strategic recommendations to customers.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business objectives and seamless service delivery.


About You – Education, Skills & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:

    • Regulatory intelligence & strategy

    • Quality assurance

    • Pharmacovigilance

    • Clinical strategy

Preferred

  • Background in Pharma and Life Sciences

  • Experience in R&D consulting


About the Team

  • A global team of consultants located in EU, US, and APAC

  • Focused on delivering strategic, technology-enabled regulatory and clinical solutions

  • Supporting clients across 140+ countries for pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, combination products, and consult health


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $210,000 – $240,000 USD per year

  • Bonus Target: 20% of base salary
