Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist – Philadelphia, PA (Remote)

Job Summary

Syneos Health is hiring a Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist to engage healthcare providers (HCPs) and office staff virtually and drive adoption of innovative therapies. In this fully remote pharmaceutical sales role, you will be responsible for executing virtual sales strategies, managing outbound communications, and delivering clinical product presentations. This role is ideal for professionals with strong digital communication skills and a background in pharma sales looking to advance their careers in a remote-first environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute client-directed outbound virtual communications with HCPs and prospective customers

  • Deliver impactful, compliant product presentations using digital resources

  • Educate HCPs and office staff on product value and appropriate use

  • Identify and qualify patient leads and drive virtual engagement

  • Build rapport and trust through professional, consistent virtual interactions

  • Maintain deep knowledge of products, competitors, and market dynamics

  • Support total office staff to maximize access to and usage of tools and materials


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Life Sciences preferred)

  • Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience

  • At least 1 year of virtual or inside healthcare sales experience strongly preferred

  • Strong lead generation and HCP engagement skills

  • Excellent virtual presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Ability to grasp and explain complex clinical information

  • Familiarity with rare diseases and medical/scientific concepts is a plus
