Job Responsibilities
As a Dental Sales Representative, your role will involve:
Territory Coverage: Call on General Practice Dentists and Periodontist practices within your assigned territory, ensuring regular and consistent coverage.
Sales Execution: Develop business relationships with Dental Practitioners and achieve call expectations with a focus on Dentists and Hygienists.
Product Presentations: Deliver scientific product presentations, outlining features, benefits, and services.
Customer Needs: Engage in meaningful dialogue to determine patient needs and how products can address those needs.
Sales Goals: Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required.
1-2 years of Hygiene experience, 1-2 years of Business to Business (B2B), or 1-2 years of Pharmaceutical Sales Experience preferred.
Sales Aptitude is required.
Experience in dental field is preferred.
Ability to travel within your territory and possess a valid driver’s license.
Compensation
Annual Salary: $70,000 - $72,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Some positions may include a company car or car allowance, with eligibility for commissions/bonuses based on individual and company performance.
