Job Summary

PVpharm is looking for a Business Development, Sales and Marketing Specialist with experience in pharmacovigilance and clinical safety services. This strategic role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, international, fast-growing PV service provider. Ideal candidates will bring 2+ years of BD and marketing experience in a pharma service provider environment, paired with a strong understanding of PV operations and client engagement. The role supports marketing execution, lead generation, partnership development, and strategic sales efforts in the life sciences domain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in pharmacovigilance and clinical safety.

  • Manage lead generation, proposal development, and client relationship strategy.

  • Support and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances.

  • Participate in EU funding proposals and project funding identification.

  • Collaborate on service description development and communication assets.

  • Execute and maintain digital marketing strategies and business communication policies.

  • Participate in business meetings, conferences, and marketing events.

  • Review and support commercial contracts and ERP implementation.

  • Track and report on business development KPIs and objectives.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance or Clinical Safety.

  • Minimum 2 years in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing in a PV service provider setting.

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or Business; MBA preferred.

  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and detail-oriented mindset.

  • Sales-driven, opportunity-focused, and confident in client interaction.

  • Collaborative, yet capable of working independently with a proactive attitude.
