Job Summary
Lead complex clinical and regulatory writing projects, mentor junior writers, and ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant documents aligned with global pharma standards. Ideal for professionals with strong scientific writing background and project coordination experience.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage writing deliverables such as clinical study reports, protocols, informed consents, DSURs, NDA/eCTD submissions, and scientific manuscripts.
Mentor and guide less experienced medical writers.
Coordinate writing activities across functions, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance with SOPs and ICH guidelines.
Draft SOPs, training guides, process maps using MS Visio or equivalent tools.
Review statistical analysis plans and TFL specifications for clarity, consistency, and formatting.
Conduct literature reviews and support regulatory documentation development.
Monitor budgets and project hours, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, English, or Communications; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years in medical writing with project leadership experience.
Strong command of English grammar, AMA style, and familiarity with ICH-GCP, GVP, FDA/ICH guidelines.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio, and online research tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and proofreading skills.
Demonstrated ability to interpret clinical data and manage cross-functional collaborations.
