Job Overview
The Senior Associate – Business Performance will support the advancement and embedding of strategic procurement capabilities within the Global Procurement function. The role focuses on strengthening sourcing excellence, supplier management frameworks, digital enablement, and performance governance models.
This position is ideal for experienced professionals seeking growth in procurement transformation, business performance analytics, and global strategic sourcing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance the procurement capability framework including templates, documentation, and governance standards.
Track and manage the strategic capabilities roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives.
Support benchmarking analysis and capability maturity assessments.
Collaborate with global procurement teams across categories and regions.
Coordinate rollout of tools, frameworks, and process improvements.
Support training initiatives and collect stakeholder feedback.
Develop dashboards, job aids, leadership reports, and performance presentations.
Participate in cross-functional working groups focused on continuous improvement and digital enablement.
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, business operations, transformation programs, strategic program management, or management consulting.
Experience supporting global or enterprise-wide initiatives preferred.
