Job Summary
Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring a Senior Clinical Data Team Lead to manage clinical data management activities for complex clinical studies.
The role involves leading data management projects, coordinating with internal teams and clients, ensuring compliance with clinical research standards, managing project timelines, monitoring study metrics, and mentoring junior data management professionals.
The selected candidate will act as a key data management expert and liaison between project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Experience Required
Minimum Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience in Clinical Data Management.
Preferred experience:
Leading clinical data management studies.
Managing complex/high-volume clinical trials.
Experience working with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments.
Client-facing clinical data management experience.
Educational Qualification
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
