Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PSR) – Philadelphia, PA

Job Summary:
Syneos Health is hiring a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PSR) in Philadelphia, PA. In this dynamic, field-based role, you’ll collaborate closely with healthcare providers, key stakeholders, and internal teams to drive brand awareness and achieve sales targets for innovative therapies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing an integrated territory business plan

  • Engage HCPs and key influencers to deliver clinical presentations and promote products

  • Analyze local healthcare trends to guide sales strategies

  • Develop in-depth understanding of healthcare systems and key account structures

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience

  • Maintain and optimize territory budget and marketing resources

  • Accurately complete administrative tasks and CRM documentation

  • Attend sales training programs and adhere to compliance protocols


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences preferred)

  • Sales experience (B2B, pharma, or internships)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights

  • Willingness to travel within the territory

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Passion for healthcare and customer engagement

Preferred:

  • 2+ years’ pharmaceutical sales experience

  • Experience in diabetes sales (SGLT2 or GLP1 drugs preferred)

  • Clinical knowledge or healthcare background

  • Sales-focused academic background or certifications
