Job Summary:
Syneos Health, in collaboration with a leading biopharmaceutical company, is hiring a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PSR) in Philadelphia, PA. In this field-based role, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders, executing business plans, and promoting pharmaceutical products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed sales goals through strategic territory management

  • Build and maintain relationships with HCPs and key decision-makers

  • Deliver product presentations and promote clinical brand messages

  • Analyze local market trends and develop targeted business plans

  • Collaborate with sales peers, brand teams, and support teams

  • Manage territory budgets and administrative responsibilities

  • Execute marketing and sales strategies within assigned geography

  • Participate in training and development programs

  • Ensure compliance with industry and corporate regulations


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Life Sciences preferred

  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or B2B/internship with a sales degree

  • Strong customer relationship-building skills

  • Ability to influence prescribing behaviors through clinical knowledge

  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player

Preferred:

  • Experience in respiratory therapeutic area

  • Familiarity with territory-based field sales
