Technical Analyst Associate – Healthcare (Earth City, MO)
Job Summary:
Cognizant’s TriZetto Provider Solutions is seeking a Technical Analyst Associate to deliver client-facing support for healthcare revenue cycle management systems. Based in Earth City, Missouri, this role is perfect for professionals with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or healthcare tech support. You’ll troubleshoot, resolve, and enhance operations while working cross-functionally with internal teams and external healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to internal/external healthcare clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Achieve SLA goals with root cause analysis, clear communication, and issue resolution.
Manage production support requests, troubleshoot system/data issues, and escalate appropriately.
Maintain detailed documentation of customer-reported issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders about issue status and outcomes.
Operate independently in a fast-paced environment while supporting team objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or healthcare help desk roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of HIPAA X12 and ANSI EDI transactions.
Ability to self-manage workloads and multitask.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Healthcare preferred (or equivalent experience).
Experience in healthcare RCM and Salesforce is a plus.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
