Job Title: Senior Manager – Sales


Job Overview

We are expanding our business development team and are currently seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead our Sales Unit. This role is responsible for team leadership, sales target achievement, strategy implementation, and business growth through consultative selling and relationship management.


Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

  • Manage, guide, and supervise a team of sales executives

  • Set and communicate clear sales targets and KPIs

  • Drive team performance through training, motivation, and development

  • Implement best practices for planning, evaluation, and sales execution

  • Monitor individual and team progress and ensure alignment with business objectives

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategy plans to drive team and individual success

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in target companies

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in core and non-core markets

  • Responsible for achieving both individual and team sales targets

Market Intelligence & Analysis

  • Gain a deep understanding of client industries and market dynamics

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, customer preferences, and potential opportunities

  • Manage sales forecasting, inventory planning, and pipeline development


Desirable Skills and Experience

  • 8–12 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in consulting or specialized services

  • Proven consultative sales skills with the ability to close complex deals

  • Demonstrated success in team management and target achievement

  • Strong domain knowledge and commercial awareness

  • Goal-oriented with a self-motivated and proactive approach to business growth

  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills to inspire team performance

  • Strong understanding of sales cycle management, forecasting, and strategic planning

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external clients
