Job Description:
The Quality Control Analyst – AR will be responsible for overseeing Denials Processing, Claims Follow-up, and Customer Service activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client-specific metrics. The role includes conducting audits, coaching team members, and implementing quality improvement measures to enhance operational performance. This position plays a critical role in meeting internal and external service-level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining process compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in client calls to understand quality requirements and targets.

  • Develop and implement methods to achieve quality goals in consultation with the Operations or Team Manager.

  • Collect data on individual transactions (charts, claims, EOBs) to identify errors.

  • Provide face-to-face feedback and email communication regarding errors on a daily basis.

  • Coach employees to reduce errors and improve performance.

  • Share insights with the training team to address common mistakes in the curriculum.

  • Test files/batches for new clients or processes as part of familiarization.

  • Generate and maintain QA reports daily.

  • Ensure attainment of internal and external SLAs as defined by the process.

  • Maintain strict compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong auditing, coaching, and training experience.

  • Sound knowledge of healthcare concepts and revenue cycle management.

  • Proficiency in medical billing and accounts receivable processes.

  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and judgment skills.

  • Experience in quality control, process improvement, and BPO operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant professional experience.

  • 3–5 years of total experience preferred.

  • No specific educational qualification mentioned.
