Job Summary

The Quality Control Analyst – AR is responsible for managing daily operations of Denials Processing, Claims Follow-up, and Customer Service. The role ensures associates follow project-specific quality processes, achieve client and internal metrics, and receive effective coaching. The position involves data tracking, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Quality Management & Oversight

  • Participate in client calls to understand quality requirements and targets.

  • Identify methods to achieve quality targets and implement them in consultation with Operations/Team Manager.

  • Collect and track transaction data (charts, claims, EOBs) to identify errors.

  • Provide daily feedback to associates through face-to-face sessions and emails.

  • Generate QA reports daily.

  • Ensure attainment of Internal & External SLA as per defined processes.

  • Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.

Coaching & Training

  • Coach employees to minimize errors and improve performance.

  • Provide feedback to the training team on common mistakes to enhance the training curriculum.

  • Test files/batches for new clients/processes for familiarization.

  • Conduct quality feedback and refresher sessions.

Process Improvement

  • Track and trend data for process improvement.

  • Provide inputs to enhance product and process knowledge.

  • Support audits, coaching, and training initiatives as per defined process.


Job Specifications

Education:

Experience:

  • Minimum 1.5 years professional and relevant experience in healthcare.

  • Extensive quality experience in audits, coaching, and training.

Skills & Competencies:
