The Trainee – Medical Billing Analyst will assist in processing and managing medical billing tasks in compliance with client and industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
Learn and assist in preparing and submitting medical claims to insurance providers.
Support the review of claims for accuracy and completeness.
Assist in correcting and resubmitting rejected claims.
Maintain accurate billing records in the system.
Follow standard operating procedures to meet client requirements.
Work towards achieving daily and monthly productivity targets.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and client data at all times.
Skills & Competencies:
Basic understanding of medical billing and coding principles.
Attention to detail and strong data entry skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
