Job Description:
The AR Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities related to Payment Posting, Demo & Charge, Correspondence, or Charge Entry in a healthcare setting. The role involves processing medical data, entering charges, posting payments, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. The position requires close collaboration with the team leader and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process medical data accurately and efficiently.

  • Enter charges and post payments in the designated software.

  • Ensure all client deliverables meet the defined quality standards.

  • Collaborate closely with the team leader for operational alignment.

  • Review emails for updates and apply instructions received from the client during production.

  • Identify and escalate issues to the immediate supervisor.

  • Maintain strict compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Meet daily and monthly productivity targets within stipulated timelines.

  • Update production count in SRP and the online scorecard.

  • Prepare and maintain operational reports.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of healthcare concepts.

  • Knowledge of Payment Posting, Demo & Charge, Correspondence, or Charge Entry processes.

  • Ability to meet client productivity targets within deadlines.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Proficiency in process improvement, vendor management, and revenue cycle operations.

Qualifications:

  • 0–1 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or healthcare BPO operations.

  • 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
