Job Overview

GSK invites motivated and career-oriented women professionals to join as Medical Business Associates in its India sales team. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about pharmaceutical sales and healthcare engagement, offering an opportunity to work with a leading UK-based pharmaceutical multinational and contribute directly to patient outcomes.

As a Medical Business Associate, you will be responsible for driving product awareness and prescription demand among healthcare professionals within your assigned territory while ensuring ethical and compliant promotion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote GSK pharmaceutical products to healthcare practitioners in line with approved indications and company guidelines

  • Develop and manage assigned sales territories to maximize prescription generation

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare providers

  • Achieve daily and monthly call objectives with a focus on high-priority healthcare professionals

  • Conduct effective product presentations and in-clinic engagement activities

  • Execute sales strategies to meet business targets and performance goals

  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular field reports

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or a related discipline

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • High level of self-motivation with a patient-centric approach

  • Effective time management, planning, and territory management abilities

  • Professional ethics, customer-focused mindset, and commitment to performance excellence

  • Ability to network confidently with doctors and healthcare professionals

Experience Requirement

  • Fresher to 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare field roles, or medical representative positions

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a clear interest in pharma sales are encouraged to apply
