Job Overview

GSK is inviting women professionals passionate about pharmaceutical sales to join its field sales force as Medical Business Associates. This role offers an opportunity to build a long-term career in healthcare sales with a leading UK-based pharmaceutical multinational operating across India.

The Medical Business Associate will be responsible for driving prescription demand, managing healthcare professional (HCP) relationships, and achieving territory-level sales objectives in compliance with medical and ethical standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote GSK medicines to Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs) in alignment with approved indications and ethical guidelines.

  • Develop, manage, and grow assigned sales territory to maximize prescription generation.

  • Achieve defined call objectives with a focus on high-priority HCPs.

  • Conduct effective product presentations and scientific discussions with doctors and physicians.

  • Build strong professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders to enhance brand presence.

  • Ensure consistent in-clinic effectiveness and high-quality customer engagement.

  • Plan daily activities efficiently to meet territory and business goals.

Experience Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, B.Pharmacy, or a related life sciences discipline from a recognized institution.
