Job Summary
IQVIA is hiring a Senior Data Team Lead to oversee and manage global clinical data management (CDM) projects from start-up to close-out. In this leadership role, you will provide strategic guidance, client engagement, and technical oversight to ensure successful project delivery. This is a fully remote position suitable for experienced professionals with a strong background in clinical data operations, GCP, and therapeutic area expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of CDM services for large global clinical trials.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on data-related deliverables.
Manage timelines, budgets, and quality expectations for multiple clinical projects.
Provide mentorship, training, and direction to junior DTLs and CDM staff.
Oversee data management planning, risk mitigation, and resource allocation.
Lead data governance initiatives and ensure SOP and regulatory compliance.
Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Support RFPs, bid defenses, and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
Represent IQVIA in conferences, best-practice workshops, and SME forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health, biological, clinical, or mathematical sciences.
7+ years of clinical data management experience, with 5+ years as CDM project lead.
Proven experience leading multi-country/global clinical trials (1000+ patients).
Deep understanding of GCP, clinical trial regulations, and therapeutic domain knowledge.
Proficiency in SAE reconciliation, vendor data reconciliation, lab data management.
Expertise in CDM tools, SOPs, and documentation best practices.
Strong stakeholder management, project planning, and communication skills.
