Job Summary
Sanofi is hiring a Qualification & Validation Manager for its Hyderabad site. In this leadership role, you will drive strategic quality and qualification initiatives aligned with global regulatory standards. As a key player in pharma manufacturing support, you will oversee global qualification documentation, review protocols, and ensure high standards of compliance and operational excellence. Ideal for professionals with deep experience in validation, quality systems, and cross-functional collaboration within the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to global qualification teams, aligning operations with corporate and regulatory goals
Oversee preparation, review, and approval of qualification protocols and reports
Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance of documentation with global standards
Drive continuous improvement in qualification methodologies
Conduct team mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluation
Liaise with global hub and quality leadership for effective alignment
Support internal customers across sites with high-quality qualification services
Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams
Deliver training on compliance and validation best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical qualification with proven leadership experience
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
Strong knowledge of quality systems such as Veeva and Kneat
Excellent command over English (French or other languages preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Agile, adaptive, and effective communicator across cross-functional teams
