🧩 Position Summary

The Program Manager, Immunology is responsible for managing manufacturer relationships and supporting the Affordability Support Services Division. This role involves collaboration with client management teams to align with both short-term and long-term program goals.

The position requires leadership in program operations, client relationship management, performance monitoring, and process improvement across departments.


🎯 Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client and manufacturer program operations.

  • Monitor program metrics and reports daily to track performance and trends.

  • Facilitate communication between all departments for updates and changes.

  • Assist with CRM system updates and program change requests.

  • Present on-demand data and insights to the Executive Team.

  • Provide product/service information to customers, providers, and internal teams.

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide key updates to clients.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the specialty pharmacy and healthcare environment.


📚 Additional Responsibilities

  • Stay updated by participating in educational opportunities and training.


🎓 Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.

  • 1–2 years experience using IQVIA data and products.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

  • 5–7 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or related field.

  • Data entry skills (30+ WPM typing speed).

  • Understanding of insurance and adjudication processes.

  • Experience with cross-departmental coordination and training.

  • Proficiency in PC applications.

  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay Range: $90,000 – $105,000 annually

  • Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, education, and location.

  • Additional incentives, bonuses, health, and welfare benefits may be provided.
