Overview
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to support batch manufacturing operations at our Bangalore facility. The role involves executing production processes using PLC/SCADA systems, maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with GMP standards, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality regulations.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced manufacturing professionals with a background in chemical or pharmaceutical production environments who are looking to contribute to process excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute batch operations strictly in accordance with the Master Production Record (MPR).

  • Operate and monitor PLC/SCADA-controlled production systems to ensure accurate process execution.

  • Record critical production parameters including ingredients, weights, temperatures, and batch data into approved databases.

  • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality regulations during all production stages.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment or process-related issues to minimize downtime.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and timelines.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and product quality.

  • Report accidents, deviations, and safety concerns promptly to supervisors.

  • Meet the physical demands of manufacturing operations, including standing, walking, lifting materials, operating tools, climbing, and wearing appropriate PPE.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or process manufacturing operations.

  • B.Sc. in Chemistry or Diploma/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.

  • Hands-on experience operating PLC/SCADA systems in a production environment.

  • Strong understanding of GMP documentation and regulatory compliance standards.

  • Ability to accurately record and manage production data.

  • Experience handling batch manufacturing processes.

Preferred Competencies

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in process improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing or operational excellence programs.

  • Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.

  • Familiarity with production equipment qualification and validation processes.
