Job Overview:

The MLR Project Coordinator will manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables for Medical Affairs content, ensuring quality medical review and adherence to project milestones. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, business units, and external partners to support content development and review processes.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination & Management:

  • Understand content development needs, goals, and objectives in partnership with Business Units.

  • Define, manage, and track timelines for key content milestones.

  • Maintain and update project data in Adobe Workfront, syncing with Capacity Planner and other platforms.

  • Operate effectively across dual platforms (Wrike to Adobe Workfront transition).

  • Hold stakeholders accountable for speed, quality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

2. Collaboration & Communication:

  • Partner with Strategic Content Leaders, MedComms Project Managers, GMAO, and other business partners for end-to-end management of Medical Affairs content.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

3. Process & System Adherence:

  • Ensure compliance with MLR review processes.

  • Adhere to organizational processes and timelines for content review and approval.

  • Maintain copyright and license agreement compliance (PMC).

  • Utilize platforms such as AEM, SharePoint, Veeva Vault, Capacity Planner Tool, Wrike, etc.

4. Reporting & Monitoring:

  • Track project progress and update all relevant systems to reflect status.

  • Support management in identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.


Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in MLR/Medical Affairs project coordination.

  • Strong understanding of Medical Affairs tactic types.

  • Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in time management and adherence to project timelines.

  • Expertise in routing and project management platforms (AEM, SharePoint, Veeva Vault, Wrike, Capacity Planner, Adobe Workfront).


Good to Have:

  • Prior experience in copyright or license agreement management.

  • Knowledge of Medical Affairs review processes across multiple platforms.
