Role Overview

As a Remote Operations Intern / Associate Account Manager, you will be an integral part of Dozee’s RPM program, supporting operations for assigned healthcare facilities. This entry-level role focuses on patient onboarding, compliance tracking, telehealth coordination, and CPT code eligibility verification, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing revenue outcomes.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned facilities, collaborating with field teams, clinical staff, and RevOps to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.


Key Responsibilities

Facility Operations & Coordination

  • Take full ownership of assigned facilities, managing operational activities, patient onboarding, and billing readiness.

  • Monitor patient admissions, discharges, insurance eligibility, consent status, and telehealth scheduling.

  • Escalate discrepancies or operational issues to appropriate teams.

Patient Consent & Telehealth Management

  • Ensure 100% of eligible patients have active consent forms; maintain live consent trackers.

  • Track tele-visits and ensure timely documentation for all patients with active consent.

  • Collaborate with clinical and field teams to optimize telehealth schedules.

CPT Code Eligibility & Revenue Operations Support

  • Track patient insurance eligibility and ensure accurate CPT code assignment (99453, 99454, 99457, 99458, 99091).

  • Support RevOps in minimizing billing leakages and maximizing revenue opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid RPM requirements for patient vitals.

Vitals Monitoring & Compliance

  • Monitor patient vitals in the Nucleus Facility Insights system for RPM compliance.

  • Identify and resolve device, connectivity, or missing data issues with FCCs and technical support.

Admission & Discharge Tracking (ADT Events)

  • Maintain accurate records of admissions, discharges, and operational workflows.

  • Flag inactive or discharged patients to prevent billing errors.

  • Ensure seamless operational flow for all newly admitted patients.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Experience: 0–2 years in healthcare operations, account coordination, or data management. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple facility trackers simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and operational tools.

  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams (Clinical Ops, Field Ops, RevOps, Tech Support).

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.
