Job Overview

Clario is seeking a Medical Imaging Technologist I specialized in Nuclear Medicine and PET to support global clinical trials. This remote role ensures the highest quality imaging data for clinical research studies, enabling sponsors to make informed decisions and accelerate the development of life-changing therapies.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled in SPECT and PET imaging, experienced with multiple imaging modalities, and proficient in quality control applications used in clinical research. You will collaborate with therapeutic teams, contribute to protocol compliance, and support clinical study startup, execution, and data review processes.


Key Responsibilities

Imaging Data Quality & Analysis

  • Review, analyze, and validate nuclear medicine and PET image data for clarity, protocol adherence, and regulatory compliance

  • Verify imaging data meets study-specific requirements and generate queries as necessary

  • Perform measurements as a protocol reader and prepare images for client submission

Study & Site Support

  • Collaborate with therapeutic and clinical teams to resolve imaging quality issues and assist with archiving

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for imaging modalities and provide recommendations for system enhancements

  • Review site evaluations and verify imaging-related qualifications

  • Conduct site trainings and provide ongoing support on imaging protocols and data submission

Technology & Process Optimization

  • Support implementation and troubleshooting of proprietary and third-party imaging software

  • Conduct demonstrations of pre-quantification and analysis workflows for internal teams or clients

  • Contribute to the design and review of study startup documentation, including manuals and training guides


Qualifications & Experience

Education & Certification:

  • Current board certification in Nuclear Medicine / PET

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Imaging Technology, Radiology, Life Sciences, or related field preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as an Imaging Technologist, preferably within clinical trial settings

  • Hands-on experience with 3+ imaging modalities and 2+ QC applications (proprietary and third-party)

  • Strong understanding of SPECT and PET patient imaging and quality standards

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Proficiency with imaging systems and Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in remote or virtual team settings

  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality imaging data for clinical research
