About the Role

Use your scientific expertise and language skills to join the world’s leading provider of pharmaceutical safety services. As part of IQVIA’s Lifecycle Safety team, you will:

  • Provide medical information call center support.

  • Process adverse events and product quality complaints.

  • Support global efforts to ensure the safety profiles of marketed products.

  • Build expertise with opportunities to mentor colleagues and contribute to new initiatives.

This role does not involve commercial sales support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide phone/email support to healthcare professionals and consumers regarding:

    • Adverse events.

    • Product quality complaints.

    • Medical inquiries and product support.

  • Receive, triage, review, and process Lifecycle Safety data.

  • Perform data entry, medical coding, narrative writing, query generation, QC checks, reconciliation, translations, and case closure.

  • Document safety data reported by investigative sites and other sources.

  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment, providing training/mentoring to junior staff.

  • Ensure effective project communication across teams and with Project Managers.

  • Proactively identify issues and propose solutions.

  • Participate in training and working groups to implement new initiatives.


Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Must be a licensed Pharmacist.

  • Fluency in:

    • English (min. C1 level).

    • French (C2/native level).

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams.

  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.


Education & Experience

🎓 Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
🌍 Languages: Fluency in English (C1) + Native French (C2).
