Job Purpose

The Junior MICC Associate is responsible for supporting Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) operations, including case intake, follow-up, and documentation, ensuring accurate and timely handling of inquiries.


Key Responsibilities

MICC Operations & Case Management

  • Receive and manage calls and/or emails related to Adverse Events (AE), Product Quality Complaints (PQC), Medical Information (MI), and General Inquiries (GI).

  • Perform case intake, duplicate checks, and registration.

  • Conduct follow-up inquiries via phone and email, including translation if inquiries are not in English.

  • Support the development of all required MICC documents.


Desirable Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in an MICC role.

  • Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and coordination.

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Allied Health Sciences, or related disciplines.
