Job Purpose
The Junior MICC Associate is responsible for supporting Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) operations, including case intake, follow-up, and documentation, ensuring accurate and timely handling of inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
MICC Operations & Case Management
Receive and manage calls and/or emails related to Adverse Events (AE), Product Quality Complaints (PQC), Medical Information (MI), and General Inquiries (GI).
Perform case intake, duplicate checks, and registration.
Conduct follow-up inquiries via phone and email, including translation if inquiries are not in English.
Support the development of all required MICC documents.
Desirable Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in an MICC role.
Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and coordination.
Graduate or postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Allied Health Sciences, or related disciplines.
