Sanofi Business Operations (SBO), based in India, is a strategic internal organization supporting global functions such as Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, R&D, and Data & Digital.
SBO partners with Medical, Health Economics & Value Assessment (HEVA), and Commercial teams to deliver tactical and evidence-based solutions globally.


🎯 Job Purpose

To support evidence synthesis and generation activities that strengthen the clinical, economic, and humanistic value of Sanofi products across global and local markets.


βš™οΈ Key Responsibilities

πŸ“š Core Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of Evidence Synthesis projects including screening, data extraction, and full-text downloading.

  • Support research plan activities for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch evidence.

  • Contribute to studies such as burden of illness, epidemiology, meta-analyses, retrospective and prospective studies, and economic evaluations.

  • Participate in the development and maintenance of therapeutic area (TA) expertise.

  • Support the internal Sanofi Global Hub team in delivering evidence generation projects efficiently.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical, HEVA, RWE, Clinical, and Market Access.


πŸ“ˆ Performance

  • Assist in the design and execution of approved HEVA/Medical studies to support product value demonstration.

  • Manage ongoing study deliverables in collaboration with HEVA/Medical leads.

  • Support the creation of strategic evidence materials (reports, summaries, presentations).

  • Assist in maintaining evidence generation templates, processes, and guidelines aligned with HEVA standards.

  • Ensure compliance with global evidence generation policies and quality standards.


🀝 Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Coordinate with global/local HEVA, Medical, RWE, and Market Access teams to understand and fulfill evidence needs.

  • Assist in preparing customized deliverables tailored to regional requirements.

πŸŽ“ Education

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.

  • A medical degree is an added advantage.

🧠 Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) within the pharmaceutical industry, CRO, consultancy, or academia.

πŸ’» Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical and research skills.

  • Ability to interpret clinical and economic data and translate findings into payer and market access strategies.
