GP Sales Representative – Perth (North East) | Novo Nordisk

Job Summary:

Novo Nordisk is hiring a GP Sales Representative to support its diabetes portfolio in the Perth North East territory. This field-based role offers an exciting opportunity to build relationships with General Practitioners, Pharmacists, and Diabetes Educators while promoting life-saving treatments. You’ll collaborate with marketing and medical teams and be instrumental in executing sales strategies and engaging healthcare professionals through face-to-face and digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Novo Nordisk products to GPs, pharmacists, and diabetes educators in your territory

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with national sales goals

  • Foster strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals

  • Deliver high-quality product presentations and educate stakeholders on product benefits

  • Monitor competitor activity and report insights

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and ethical business practices


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar sector

  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Science, or related field

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Valid Australian driver’s license

  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management and digital engagement tools is a plus
