Role Summary:

Serve as a Sub-Investigator and Physician Assistant, supporting protocol execution and providing medical and scientific oversight in clinical trials. Collaborate with Principal Investigators, internal teams, and external clients to ensure the safety and success of research studies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute protocols under PI guidance.

  • Review study protocols for feasibility and safety.

  • Provide scientific and safety insight on compounds.

  • Sign off on regulatory and medical data.

  • Engage in meetings, trainings, and protocol reviews.

  • Consult with clients and support business development efforts.

  • Represent the clinic at conferences and assist in publications.


Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or related field.

  • 2+ years of relevant clinical research or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in government-supported or regulated clinical trials is preferred.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal/written communication and medical comprehension.

  • Proficiency in medical documentation and computer systems.

  • Independent and team-working ability.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and mentoring capabilities.

  • Ability to handle complex data, patient safety, and dynamic environments.


Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • Office-based with PPE usage (e.g., lab coat, gloves).

  • High concentration, frequent multitasking, and detail-oriented.

  • Occasional travel, flexible work hours, some lifting (15–20 lbs).

  • Use of computers, prolonged sitting, repetitive hand movements.


Compensation:

  • Base Salary Range: $128,000 – $165,000 annually

  • Bonus Eligible: Yes (based on performance)
