Job Summary:
Novo Nordisk is seeking a passionate and driven GP Sales Representative to promote innovative diabetes and obesity treatments across the Canberra region. This field-based role involves developing lasting relationships with General Practitioners, Pharmacists, and Diabetes Educators while driving the adoption of life-changing therapies. Key Responsibilities:
Promote diabetes and obesity treatments to GPs, pharmacists, and diabetes educators
Execute an effective territory business plan aligned with marketing strategies
Build strong, patient-focused relationships with healthcare professionals
Conduct group presentations and educate HCPs on product benefits
Monitor competitor activity and report market insights
Maintain ethical sales practices aligned with internal policies and local regulations
Travel regularly within the assigned territory, including regional areas
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in territory-based sales or healthcare sales is preferred
Proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets in a competitive environment
Strong data interpretation and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with readiness to travel
Residency: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
