The team aims to lead in patient and scientific insights to improve clinical care by generating and sharing critical medical evidence and driving scientific engagement globally.

This position supports Oncology Evidence Generation within Global Medical Affairs (GMA) — a highly visible, strategic role collaborating with Clinical Development, Commercial, and Market Access teams to optimize patient outcomes and accelerate scientific innovation.


🧬 Main Responsibilities

  • Provide cross-functional medical leadership throughout the Global Product Team (GPT) and Global Brand Team (GBT) continuum to support oncology asset development, launches, and lifecycle management.

  • Drive Medical Affairs strategies focused on clinical evidence generation and global implementation of oncology therapies.

  • Build and maintain trust with external stakeholders (HCPs, payers, scientific societies) to advance therapeutic understanding.

  • Co-develop the Integrated Evidence Generation Plan (IEGP) with Evidence Generation, Real-World Evidence (RWE), HEVA, and Medical Operations teams.

  • Oversee insight generation, ensuring alignment with overall medical strategy.

  • Partner with Scientific Communications to design and execute evidence dissemination and education initiatives.

  • Lead Integrated Patient Journey (IPJ) strategy globally for subcutaneous formulations.

  • Supervise medical programs addressing unmet needs — such as Managed Access Programs (MAPs) and diagnostic support projects.

  • Manage medical tactics, study budgets, and ensure efficient prioritization and resource alignment.


🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Advanced degree in a scientific discipline (M.D., Ph.D., or Pharm.D.)

Experience:

  • 2+ years in Medical Affairs, MSL, or therapeutic leadership roles

  • Strong expertise in Oncology (required)

  • Experience with device regulation and market implementation (preferred)

  • Background in strategic medical planning, KOL engagement, and evidence generation

  • Experience managing clinical trials and specialty care product launches

  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership across R&D, Commercial, Market Access, and Medical functions
