About the Role

Major Accountabilities

  • Implement issue resolution plans.

  • Assist with program-level activities (e.g., tracking of program progress).

  • Manage interactions with relevant line functions, including:

    • Data Management

    • Drug Supply Management

    • Clinical Development

    • Novartis Country Pharma Organizations

  • Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Coordinate distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).


Key Performance Indicators

  • Timely, efficient, and high-quality execution of assigned trials and related activities within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

  • Proactive operational planning with effective contingency and risk mitigation strategies.

  • For Clinical Scientific Expert I:

    • Consistent and accurate clinical data review and insights, meeting Novartis quality standards, timelines, and inspection readiness.

  • High-quality contributions to study documents (e.g., protocols, ICF, clinical sections of CTA).

  • Demonstration of Novartis Values and Behaviors: Innovation, Quality, Collaboration, Performance, Courage, and Integrity.
