About the Role
Major Accountabilities
Implement issue resolution plans.
Assist with program-level activities (e.g., tracking of program progress).
Manage interactions with relevant line functions, including:
Data Management
Drug Supply Management
Clinical Development
Novartis Country Pharma Organizations
Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
Coordinate distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).
Key Performance Indicators
Timely, efficient, and high-quality execution of assigned trials and related activities within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
Proactive operational planning with effective contingency and risk mitigation strategies.
For Clinical Scientific Expert I:
Consistent and accurate clinical data review and insights, meeting Novartis quality standards, timelines, and inspection readiness.
High-quality contributions to study documents (e.g., protocols, ICF, clinical sections of CTA).
Demonstration of Novartis Values and Behaviors: Innovation, Quality, Collaboration, Performance, Courage, and Integrity.
