Job Summary
Medpace is expanding its Clinical Safety Department and is seeking a full-time Clinical Safety Manager to play a pivotal role in pharmacovigilance operations. This position offers the opportunity to utilize your nursing or pharmacovigilance expertise while mentoring a team and overseeing critical safety processes. If you’re passionate about clinical research and eager to advance your career, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of clinical safety professionals.
Provide expert safety management knowledge to clients and stakeholders.
Oversee clinical safety case management and aggregate reporting to ensure high-quality delivery.
Develop and implement safety management plans tailored to client needs.
Conduct safety reviews for clinical study documents, including protocols, study reports, and marketing application components.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent healthcare experience.
Minimum of 4 years of clinical research or pharmacovigilance experience.
At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
Project management experience (preferred).
