Job Summary:
Novo Nordisk Vietnam is hiring a dynamic Medical Representative – Diabetes to promote its market-leading portfolio in the Hanoi region. This is a high-impact opportunity for pharmaceutical sales professionals with strong communication skills and experience in building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals. You will drive patient-centric healthcare in one of the fastest-growing pharma markets in Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote Novo Nordisk's diabetes portfolio to healthcare professionals within assigned territories.
Develop and execute territory plans aligned with brand strategy.
Build and maintain relationships with physicians and HCPs, ensuring continuous product education and engagement.
Participate in national and regional meetings, conferences, and cross-functional team discussions.
Adhere to ethical business practices, company policies, and local regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related fields.
2–3 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and product portfolios.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is preferred.
