Medical Representative – Diabetes | Hanoi, Vietnam

Job Summary:

Novo Nordisk Vietnam is hiring a dynamic Medical Representative – Diabetes to promote its market-leading portfolio in the Hanoi region. This is a high-impact opportunity for pharmaceutical sales professionals with strong communication skills and experience in building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals. You will drive patient-centric healthcare in one of the fastest-growing pharma markets in Asia.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Novo Nordisk's diabetes portfolio to healthcare professionals within assigned territories.

  • Develop and execute territory plans aligned with brand strategy.

  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians and HCPs, ensuring continuous product education and engagement.

  • Participate in national and regional meetings, conferences, and cross-functional team discussions.

  • Adhere to ethical business practices, company policies, and local regulatory requirements.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related fields.

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and product portfolios.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is preferred.
