Performance Coach – Pharmaceutical Sales | Sydney, NSW

Job Summary:

Novo Nordisk is hiring a Performance Coach to enhance the sales capabilities of our Cardiometabolic team in Sydney. In this high-impact role, you’ll support sales representatives through coaching, training, and strategic development to improve performance across key metrics. If you're an experienced pharmaceutical sales professional with a strong coaching mindset and a passion for enabling commercial success, this is your opportunity to contribute to life-changing healthcare outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group coaching sessions to improve sales techniques, communication, and product knowledge.

  • Design and implement customized training programs in alignment with company strategy.

  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify coaching opportunities and track performance improvements.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the sales team.

  • Collaborate with sales leaders and L&D to ensure consistent training delivery and strategic alignment.

  • Drive change management and help the team adapt to evolving market dynamics.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a strong track record in driving performance.

  • Understanding of sales coaching principles; coaching certifications preferred.

  • Experience mentoring and coaching teams with effective communication and feedback.

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for stakeholder collaboration.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and balance multiple priorities independently.
