Senior Retail Operation Manager – Beijing, China
Job Summary:
Novo Nordisk China is hiring a Senior Retail Operation Manager to support the execution of national pharmacy strategy and drive retail operations excellence. This Beijing-based role offers an opportunity to manage pharmacy channel projects, streamline business operations, and contribute to system integration for contract pharmacies. Ideal for experienced professionals with strong project management and analytical capabilities in the pharmaceutical retail domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Support implementation of the national pharmacy strategy and operational project execution.
Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency across the retail channel.
Conduct regular business performance analysis and reporting on retail operations.
Manage DDI systems for contract pharmacies in collaboration with the operational team.
Oversee additional retail team operations and coordination tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical operations.
Strong background in project management and negotiation.
In-depth understanding of Novo Nordisk’s business and pharma retail processes in China.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage operational systems effectively.
