Clinical Data Analyst – PRO/COA Psychometrics (Remote, USA)

Job Summary:
IQVIA is hiring a Clinical Data Analyst to join its Real-World Solutions FSP team, working within a top-tier pharmaceutical company. This remote, US-based role focuses on analyzing PRO/COA endpoints using clinical trial and observational data. Ideal for professionals experienced in psychometric analysis, statistical programming, and data integration for regulatory and value-based outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop statistical analysis plans for PRO/COA endpoints using clinical trial data

  • Integrate PRO clinical trial results into regulatory submissions and value dossiers

  • Lead statistical programming for regulatory and non-regulatory submissions

  • Perform QC programming and validation for complex analyses

  • Interpret CDISC-structured data and generate study reports

  • Use data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively

  • Manage multiple studies and communicate progress with stakeholders

  • Collaborate with scientific teams to enhance analytic workflows


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s in psychometrics, statistics, biostatistics, psychology, or related fields with 2+ years of relevant experience
    OR
    PhD in psychometrics with 1+ year of relevant experience

  • Proficiency in SAS, R, or M-Plus for statistical programming

  • Experience in PRO endpoint psychometric analysis using clinical trial data

  • Familiarity with classical psychometric methods, EFA/CFA, and/or Item Response Theory

  • Strong technical writing and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently
