Role Overview:

Aligned with Accenture’s Life Sciences R&D vertical, you will support clinical trials and database operations, ensuring high-quality, regulatory-compliant clinical data.

As a Clinical Data Services Associate Manager, you will:

  • Conduct thorough validation of all clinical trial database components.

  • Ensure databases meet quality standards while remaining cost-effective.

  • Review requirement specifications and develop test scripts for various testing types.

  • Perform data entry, execute test steps, document results, and maintain comprehensive records.

  • Design and test EDC databases and maintain User Acceptance Testing (UAT) procedures, including test plans, verification of requirements, eCRFs, edit checks, extractions, and reports.

  • Utilize knowledge of GCP, ICH, 21 CFR Part 11, and GDPR guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and solve moderately complex problems.

  • Create new solutions by leveraging and adapting existing methods.

  • Understand strategic direction set by senior management for team goals.

  • Interact primarily with supervisors, team leads, peers, and client management.

  • Make decisions that impact the team and occasionally other teams.

  • Manage medium to small-sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role).

  • May require working in rotational shifts.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Life Sciences

  • Experience: 10–14 years preferred
