Role Summary

The Associate QA supports the Medical Operations and Quality Assurance functions by tracking audits, coordinating compliance activities, and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives.
This position plays a key role in ensuring adherence to quality systems, regulatory standards, and company policies across Medical Affairs and Patient Program activities.


Key Responsibilities

Quality & Compliance Support

  • Assist in tracking planned and scheduled audits in the Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS).

  • Maintain audit schedules, calendars, and related documentation archives.

  • Gather and organize materials required for audits and inspections (e.g., training records, org charts).

  • Support auditors during customer audits and regulatory inspections by providing requested information.

  • Enter and maintain audit-related data in EQMS.


Medical Affairs Governance

  • Support the implementation of PSEA awareness initiatives and ensure timely completion of mandatory training.

  • Participate in developing, implementing, and improving processes, controls, and tools across cross-functional teams.

  • Track and monitor KPIs and compliance metrics for Patient Programs and other Medical Affairs initiatives.

  • Generate compliance and trend analysis reports at defined intervals.

  • Coordinate periodic review meetings with internal stakeholders.


Operational & Governance Support

  • Ensure compliance of all medical activities with global policies and ethical standards.

  • Act as a backup for operational implementation of:

    • Events & SEE (Scientific External Experts) approval and monitoring.

    • 4M approval process coordination.

  • Contribute to projects that simplify and optimize medical processes and performance metrics.

  • Support continuous improvement activities related to medical operations and governance.


Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum Experience: 2+ years in Medical Affairs, Quality, or related pharmaceutical roles.

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands.

  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Agile mindset and strong team player attitude.
