Role Summary:

This role within the LCCI Business Insights & Analytics (BIA) team focuses on supporting Medical Affairs through advanced analytics and real-world evidence (RWE) generation. The Associate/Sr. Associate Consultant will work with multiple real-world data (RWD) sources and support data-driven strategies related to patient journey, unmet needs, and medical engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Project Execution:

  • Lead analysis using RWD sources (claims, EHR, EMR, labs) and Lilly’s internal datasets (e.g., Veeva, Customer 360).

  • Deliver high-quality, actionable analytics outputs across patient journey, segmentation, and omnichannel engagement.

  • Participate in stakeholder discussions and present insights and recommendations.

Project Management Support:

  • Contribute to SOP creation, quality checklist development, and team capability expansion.

  • Drive analytical best practices, process improvements, and knowledge sharing across the team.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Math, Stats, Econometrics, etc.).

  • 3–6 years of experience in pharma/healthcare analytics with strategic thinking ability.

  • Experience with RWD sources like IQVIA, Symphony, IBM MarketScan, Prognos, etc.

  • Prior exposure to therapy areas such as Cardio-Metabolic, Oncology, Immunology, or Neuroscience preferred.


Technical Skills:

  • Strong SQL skills, and proficiency in R or Python.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation abilities.

  • Comfortable working across global time zones in a matrix environment.

  • Proactive, motivated, and team-oriented.
