Role Summary:

The Senior/Lead Consultant – GOSO plays a strategic role in advancing global sales operations effectiveness (SFE) by leading initiatives across sales force design, customer targeting, field force analytics, incentive planning, and performance tracking. This individual will support US and International Business Units (IBU) and drive innovation through data, AI/ML, and advanced analytics.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Strategy:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in SFE areas: territory design, call planning, dynamic targeting, incentive plans, etc.

  • Drive multiple global projects, ensuring quality delivery within timelines.

Analytics & Data Science:

  • Leverage statistical tools (regression, ANOVA, A/B testing, prescriptive analytics) to evaluate KPIs and optimize sales strategies.

  • Design customer behavior models and actionable insights to support field operations.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

  • Engage with global affiliates to identify and solve operational challenges.

  • Communicate insights effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Mentor junior team members, fostering skill development and collaboration.

Innovation & Digital Transformation:

  • Pilot and test advanced tools and technologies (GenAI, Machine Learning, etc.) to enhance SFE processes.

  • Present new capabilities and innovations to stakeholders.

Incentive Compensation Management:

  • Analyze field force effectiveness and develop incentive plans.

  • Collaborate with HR and Sales to set targets, manage approvals, calculate payouts, and ensure alignment with business goals.


Qualifications

Basic:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required)

  • 10+ years of experience in business operations, sales analytics, or consulting

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Prior experience in analytics, sales incentives, or business consulting

  • Knowledge of AI, ML, and other digital transformation tools

  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management abilities
