Associate Clinical Project Manager – Remote (USA)
IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research and healthcare analytics, is hiring a Sponsor-Dedicated Associate Clinical Project Manager (aCPM) for a fully remote role in the US. This position is ideal for clinical trial professionals with 2+ years of project management experience who are passionate about improving clinical delivery through cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Support development and execution of integrated study management plans
Manage assigned portions of clinical studies, ensuring quality, speed, and cost efficiency
Set sub-team objectives and oversee performance in alignment with contract strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve milestones
Monitor study progress and provide proactive updates to internal and external stakeholders
Identify risks and implement corrective and preventive action plans
Lead project vendor management activities as assigned
Support change control processes and implementation of best practices
May serve as primary contact on small projects or backup for larger studies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field
Minimum 2 years of clinical trial management experience
Working knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical research regulatory requirements
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with clinical trial conduct and vendor coordination
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote setting
Effective cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder communication
Understanding of project financials and budget forecasting
