The Go-To-Market Capabilities (GTMC) organization is being established globally to drive capability excellence, standardize processes, eliminate duplication across business units, and enhance agility through a One Sanofi approach.

Within GTMC, the Omnichannel pillar focuses on:

  • Defining best-in-class omnichannel engagement strategies

  • Developing standards and best practices for markets and brand teams

  • Supporting local omnichannel execution and change management

  • Collaborating closely with Digital teams to provide consistent tools

Sanofi’s Hyderabad Hub plays a critical role in enabling innovation and uplifting performance across global functions.

In this role as an Analyst – Customer Facing Effectiveness, you will:

  • Plan and execute market-driven campaigns

  • Create insight-driven presentations

  • Make data-supported business recommendations

  • Optimize omnichannel strategies using SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

  • Leverage automation and data segmentation to enable effective customer engagement


Main Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Management

  • Develop and review complex branded and unbranded content independently.

  • Manage end-to-end omnichannel content lifecycle, including:

    • Concept creation

    • Repurposing/localization

    • Designing and enhancement

    • Medical–Legal–Regulatory (MLR) validation

    • Tagging, upload, deployment, publishing, and dissemination

  • Build expertise in therapeutic areas, GTMC processes, and compliance standards.

  • Conduct/review literature analysis, background research, and insights generation (SEO, SEM, analytics, CX surveys, AI-enabled platforms).

  • Manage multiple projects across therapeutic areas and franchises.

2. Scientific Accuracy & Compliance

  • Review and validate scientific accuracy of content created by team members.

  • Ensure compliance with MLR guidelines and regulatory requirements.

  • Support and guide Content Powerhouse/GenAI initiatives:

    • Review AI-generated content for quality, accuracy, SEO performance, and brand alignment.

    • Support ideation sessions for content generation and innovation.

3. Innovation & Modular Content Development

  • Support modular and retro-modular content initiatives.

  • Lead claims and component reviews, localization, and GloCal MLR memory building.

  • Utilize GenAI/Content Powerhouse tools to improve efficiency and scalability of content production.

4. Coaching & People Development

  • Coach senior and junior writers to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content across channels:

    • Websites (HCP/patient)

    • Social media

    • Emails, newsletters

    • Banners, carousels, GIFs, scrolls

    • Visual aids, infographics

    • Podcasts, KOL videos, video articles

    • Slide decks

  • Partner with Leads to enhance team capabilities and support individual development plans.

  • Collaborate across GTMC for digital transformation and innovative solution development.

  • Provide proactive recommendations to enhance scientific quality and delivery.

5. Performance & Operational Excellence

  • Deliver high-quality content within agreed timelines.

  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor, supporting operational excellence.

  • Lead and implement tactical process improvements across the department.

6. Process Ownership

  • Develop complex scientific content (branded/unbranded).

  • Serve as an omnichannel content expert for assigned therapeutic areas.

  • Conduct content-need analysis and implement annual content plans.

  • Oversee vendor deliverables according to defined processes.

  • Use advanced tools and techniques to improve training delivery and content effectiveness.

  • Create action plans based on user feedback to enhance content and delivery quality.

7. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with global, local, and Hub GTMC/Omnichannel teams to identify and deliver customized content needs.

  • Liaise with GBTs, AoR, LexMex teams to align, develop, and deliver relevant materials.

  • Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and healthcare professionals (where relevant).


About You

Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in content creation for medico-marketing, medical, commercial, or omnichannel functions within the pharmaceutical/healthcare/digital domain.
