As the R&D Hub Leader for Workflow & Application Development, you will oversee the Application Development Labs with a focus on analytical chemistry at the Jigani site. You will lead strategic R&D initiatives, manage cross-functional collaboration, and translate innovative concepts into market-ready products. This role plays a key part in aligning local R&D efforts with global business goals while driving technical innovation and customer-centric solutions.

  • Strategy & Growth:
    Drive Chemistry’s growth in the APAC region by aligning with commercial and value chain strategies. Lead the India Growth Initiative in close collaboration with business stakeholders.

  • Site Enhancement:
    Strengthen research capabilities at the Jigani site through targeted projects and talent development.

  • Challenge Resolution:
    Identify site-specific challenges and implement sustainable solutions for team efficiency.

  • Collaboration & Alignment:
    Ensure alignment with the global R&D and Life Science strategy. Promote cross-functional collaboration and serve as a key liaison between the Jigani site and global R&D teams.

  • Best Practices & Leadership:
    Share global best practices, provide strong coaching, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

  • Customer Workflow Reproduction:
    Design analytical methods that simulate real customer workflows and reflect end-user needs.

  • Method Development:
    Develop and validate analytical methods from prototype to final product stage.

    Contribute to application development for new products to accelerate adoption and market success.

  • Training & Enablement:
